I'm holding steady this week with neither loss nor gain, which is good, since I haven't been watching things like I should.

I had a really deep thought recently: Nothing is going to change unless you change something. :) I keep not wanting to change what I am doing or give up what I love......but until I do, I am going nowhere in the weight department.

Doesn't it suck to realize not losing weight is our own fault?! I kind of had a similar revelation last year: A resolution is only a resolution if you're determined to work hard. Without the hard work, it's just plain old wishful thinking. Sad, but true!

Hope you have a better week next week!! We can do this! We can decide to change things even if we love eating and love not really caring how and when!!

Recognizing our part in it is really key. So, look at it this way: You made progress this week by recognizing the struggle.

And think about this: You didn't gain, so you must be making some good choices while not keeping track.
