Tuesday weigh-in

Up 1.2 lbs. Ack! Not a great way to start! It is "that time of month" with it's problems and I know from the last challenge that my weight does tend to go up then. But I need to get this sweet tooth under control.

I am so with you, I get so HUNGRY when I am pmsing. I try to have lots of snacks around here that are "legal" on my eating plan. But it's hard, I'll grant you that one!

Yes, that time of the month is so hard! I always want to eat everything in sight! Hang in there, next week will be better.

Knowing it's coming will help you not sweat over it. We all have trouble around that "time of the month", it's O.K.

Good job. Try a little hand full of raw almonds. They stabilize blood sugar.
