I'm essentially the same weight as last week, which I was relieved about since I haven't been watching things like I should.
I wish I could get over the mindset of not wanting to give up or cut down or change my eating and rather focus on the benefits that there would be if I did so.

Glad your weight stayed the same. If you are having a hard time why not try just changing one small thing at a time? Eat a healthy breakfast or park a little bit further away when you park somewhere. The little things become habits and in time they add up to good changes.
Congrats on maintaining. I agree with scale junkie. Take baby steps! :-)

Yes it was hard for me to get over that I just couldn't eat bread or pasta- my trick is I just don't allow it in the house anymore-luckily my hubby is on board with my weight loss goal.
To me any week I don't gain is also a positive, but also congrats on your one pound loss last week.
