I hope that the eating gets easier once the birthdays are passed. I keep passing on cake, it's hard, but I try to limit my "treats" to once a month if I can. I picked pizza this month, just a piece, but that's my treat. I find that planning for it really helps me give up other things because I am looking forward to this treat on Friday.

Sometimes not gaining is enough for a week. Good for you.
